Dr. Moliver uses both saline and silicone gel implants. We only use Mentor implants and have been using them for over 18 years. There has been quite a bit written about implants over the past 20 years and although many women considering breast implant surgery have read quite a bit about them, the following sites offer what we consider to be excellent and reliable sources of information.
